- The tech team aims to respond within 5 minutes for any Infinity Interface related inquiries.
Knowledge Base: #
- Explore the left-hand side menu for a comprehensive library of articles and tutorials addressing various topics.
- Find relevant articles and supporting videos to troubleshoot your issues.
Tech Support Calls: #
- Attend bi-weekly live calls hosted by Dominec, every second Wednesday at 9 AM Eastern Time.
- Submit your questions beforehand via the Support Form linked in the call description to allow Dominec to prepare in advance.
- Recordings of the past four (updated: now, six) calls are available for later viewing.
